  • Aseptic Packaging (small juice containers)

  • Coated stock
  • Glass (brown, green)
  • Ledger Paper (white and colored)
  • Milk/Juice Cartons
  • Newspaper
  • Plastic Bottles (California Redemption Value)
  • Tin Cans
The CVT Public Disposal Center accepts most non-recyclable items for disposal, excluding hazardous or toxic materials, for example:
  • Appliances
  • Concrete
  • Garage cleanout items
  • Furniture
  • Scrap metals
  • Wood waste
  • Asphalt
  • Construction Materials
  • Yard Waste
  • Kitchen/bathroom sinks and tubs
  • "Spring cleanup" items
The Orange County Household Hazardous Waste Collection Center accepts:*
  • Antifreeze
  • Auto/Furniture Polish
  • Hobby and pool supplies
  • Latex or oil-base paint
  • Pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers
  • Aerosol cans (empty or partially full)
  • Chemical drain cleaners
  • Household cleaners
  • Motor Oil (in leak-proof containers)
  • Paint thinner

* All waste must be in its original container (excluding motor oil and antifreeze) and is limited to five gallons or 50 pounds of materials per visit. The service is free to Orange County residents.
